Red is the color of blood flowing in my life. To this red does not feel political life increasingly valuable and important and this is still singing. That evening I chose songs that were important to me, maybe not the most important, the strongest and most intense moments, the musical relationships, human, profound, and unforgettable. Even people in attendance were some of the most important people in my life. Some very old, Donatella, Francesca Romana, Gabriella, Paola and Rita Chiapponi, Livia, Natalie, Marcello, Lucia, Aldo, Andreina, Antonella, Palmerino. Some more recent, perhaps more discreet, but no less significant, Vincenzo, Andrea, Federica, Barbara. The songs are pieces of my life. SELF-DESTRUCTION CORRUPTION 1973 and 1975, two songs from another era, the first a static and ecstatic description of the world "psychedelic", the second a nursery rhyme a bit 'loose and zany sense of the fear of death, two of the twenty songs written by Kathy Carracillo. FLASHES (1981), Desire (1981) and Tunnel (1982) of the new wave period. These three songs are for me because it meant a lot to live my songs in a musical group, Inner Nail. A group a little 'unusual, there were three, one girl and two boys, three people are very sensitive, and fell in love with each other. Tremendous energy generated in the situations that always and a bit strange phenomena 'inexplicable. Lately listening to some live recordings of the group some appliances have a tantrum. TUNNEL was the opening piece, "Vera C.", a job I did with some characters of the wave actually Roman in 1984. A moment musically and humanly beautiful, that among people who played different things, however, we share the music and created beautiful communication channels. The trio later, exuberant EGO (1986), Brumaire (1986), ANDREJ VOBLICH (1984) three different songs to each other, three stories drawn from my first collection of the same name in 1987, the other two by "Union", an experience of passage, between poetry and pop song. Brumaire is the song of loneliness, of sung at the time and the sea, of being and feeling alive despite the sometimes life is hard. ANDREJ VOBLICH is a story about youth, love of life, freedom, rebellion, strength, and finally victory. The three songs later, lighter but no less intense, are one of my turn to sing a lighter and more communicative. E 'A LOVE ..., driving the piece of "ZORRO" my collection of 1992, the story of a boy who waits every day its only you to spy in the crowd and experience an intense feeling. THE GARDEN OF THE MIND (1995), a love lived in the kaleidoscopic mind, as in a sunny garden full of flowers, scents, which turns into life as a bit crazy 'fantastic melancholy. TWO HEARTS (1998) is not my piece, but a song that took me to a friend of mine, a boy who had had difficult experiences of crime, along with a box of Bob Marley. He asked me to arrange it that way and eventually came another song that was a little 'me, with the use of rhythmic instruments in compliance with the true reggae. CONTACT-IO is part of my cd that I should finish soon, MATRIOSKA, a piece of Moroder, Depeche Mode and danserecce more contemporary influences. The night we closed (in fact he closed the rain that had held until then) with a piece MOMENTS in French in 1978. Najat and Federica came out and took the stage Nives (Francesca Romana Square) who wrote the piece with me. A gentle caress, a little 'edge, between samba and the Velvet Underground's Sunday Morning. Then it rainfall, the cover to the next. Thanks to Najat Y. Federica and D. for their hard work, good, beautiful, professional and very friendly.
