Here it is latest patch for GTA IV and GTA EFLC here you can find the fix & changes this patch that will update the game to version 1.0.7.0.

These are the changes:

- Fixed a bug that made clear the leaves.

- Fixed a bug that made it impossible for the loading of pre-rendered video the Social Club

- Fixed the slowdown due to inactivation of the Clip Capture close to watercourses.

- Added "detonated" in the key mapping on the DLC "The Lost and the Damned"
