Instructions:
1 - Rename the file that's Inquest handling2.cfg handling.cfg folder.
2 - Go to C: \\ Program Files \\ Rockstar Games \\ GTA San Andreas \\ data \\ and create a backup copy of the file handling.cfg
3 - Copy and paste the file handling.cfg (ex handlin2.cfg) in directory where you installed the game. (Where it was before the original one).
